I contacted Kings Edmonton for a EPC certificate. The lady (I believe she was the manager) said she will email me details to pay in the afternoon, which she never did. I did inform her it was urgently needed. The next day I called and was informed she was on A/L and a chase email will be sent to her to call me back. The 3rd day I called and spoke to her colleague who said she was busy. Apparently the reason why she never emailed me, is because she noted my email address incorrect twice. I gave it for the 3rd time and guess what, she still hasn’t got back to me. I wasted 5 days with Kings and as a result I’ve gone elsewhere for cheaper. Not sure why Kings is offering a service which they cannot deliver on. Also get staff who actual do the job they’re paid to do. Completely shocking if this person is the manager!

i have heard about the poor service from this place so I am staying well away. Be careful NOT TO PAY ANY MONEY UPFRONT without the terms and conditions and know that they will agree to sell the same property to many customers at once without notification. you have been warned!

Although King's Group Edmonton charge a management fee for letting properties. My experience is that next to no management took place at all with .y property. Their vetting procedure is more or less non-existent as tenants maliciously damaged and carried out extensive criminal activities at my property. Any management that should have gone on would have noticed this and acting accordingly. King's Group Edmonton have left me many tens of thousands of pounds out of pocket while walking away with full management fees and taking no responsibility. I have given them one star as it is impossible to give no stars or minus stars. I WOULD NOT & CANNOT RECOMMEND KINGS GROUP EDMONTON.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

INCOMPETENT - the are a disaster.

INCOMPETENT - the are a disaster. They get everything wrong and no one cares. One of our tenants left not to work with them. We were silly and continued for another year with different tenants. We had a "all included" contract with them, the best they are supposed to offer. They got all the check out wrong, the check in wrong, we couldn't claim any deposit from the previous person because of them, the professional cleaning was a joke and had to do it twice (we paid), they lost the keys, tenants ended up in a hotel, during the tenancy they asked us to pay the same thing multiple times and chased saying we hadn't paid, never did the quarterly check ups that they are supposed to do, never passed any requests from the tenants to us, they lost the deposit when the tenancy ended... and none of them care. They are flippant and couldn't care less about customer service. I'd be ashamed to work somewhere like this. They don't deserve 1 star but I cannot give less

Doesn't care about Edmonton or who it houses all about the money that it disgraceful get these homes up to standard and the people in them !!!

I can assure you that we do care about placing good tenants in to our landlords properties . Firstly because anti social or nuisance tenants usually in our experience become non paying tenants which our landlords are not happy about . Secondly the better the tenants the less problems and time they take up to deal with . We really do not want bad tenants . They are a problem for all including the neighbours . If there are issues we always try to address these but unfortunately sometimes this takes time and is beyond our means . Rest assured we will always try to deal with these issues .Apologies for the issues you have had .

Be carefuk with this letting agency if you have a chance dont involve as they flirt with you so nice once you sign a contract you start getting rude replys hang up on the phone besides that they lie and never do anything for you, you have been warned its up to you to decide.

Totally terrible company. Asking for proof of people's Bank balance. How dare you. You are only a sales agent. Then all the lies and rudeness of the upperty agents . You really need to be curtailed. It's time the government did something about this rude out of control money grabbing fear mongering industry.
