I can assure you that we do care about placing good tenants in to our landlords properties . Firstly because anti social or nuisance tenants usually in our experience become non paying tenants which our landlords are not happy about . Secondly the better the tenants the less problems and time they take up to deal with . We really do not want bad tenants . They are a problem for all including the neighbours . If there are issues we always try to address these but unfortunately sometimes this takes time and is beyond our means .
