The support I received from Kings during a tricky house purchase was truly amazing!!! The purchase was successful largely due to their support, I utilised almost all their services. They went above and beyond and helped me in many ways and I really want to thank the whole team especially Stuart, Merian and Temi for all their hard work and efforts! 1) They got me an offer on my flat in an extremely difficult market - Thanks to Stuart and team! 2) The Financial service team helped to arrange a Buy to Let mortgage although the property was downvalued (due to a difficult market) Merian helped me ensure that my purchase would still be possible, working across timezones which I really appreciate. 3) Within a few days a tenant was found - Thanks to Temi - she made my first experience as a landlord become very smooth. Honestly the team are very helpful, supportive, friendly, approachable, great problem solvers and kept me informed through the process and I would highly recommend! Stuart in particular helped me buy my first home over 10 years ago and then 10 years later helped me buy my dream home, he provided a personal service and made the introductions to the different departments, which made all the difference! Gave great guidance on what was achievable - and even recommended solicitors who proved to be both reasonably priced and very focused and on the ball - and then worked to help us achieve our asking price. I’m my experience as a landlord, house sale processes always come with a few bumps and glitches, but nothing phased the guys - they handled everything super professionally all the way through to the final completion date. Highly recommend.
