Great estate agent when selling your house. We initially put our house on the market with another estate agent and were greatly disappointed due to the poor effort when advertising and the lack of viewings. This all changed when we signed up with Kings Group Edmonton. You could see their effort to sell our house from day one. From professional pictures (you did a fantastic job Joe and Kieran), detailed description and floorplans to a constant number of viewings (again Kieran you worked so hard). Finally we found a buyer for our house and Kings Group continued to help. From little things such as scanning and emailing my legal documents to my solicitor when my scanner wasn't working, to bigger things such as preventing my sale from falling through not once but twice. Charlie worked really hard to keep our sale alive as unfortunately our buying and selling process was like a roller-coaster from hell. From problems within the chain, to people pulling out of the chain to the whole chain collapsing . Stress was not even a word that could describe what we went through. However Charlie did an amazing job at fixing it all for us. Thank you Kings Group and thanks again Charlie.
