Had a great experience with John Payne Estate Agents in Greenwich. We were on a tight time frame and Fatos contacted us after an itial search to ask for more information. Within a few hours we had four viewings that Saturday and one property that was above budget but Fatos insisted we view. We fell in love with the more expensive property that she recommended (which I’m sure she knew we would!) and put an offer on the property that day. The whole process only took a week and we were constantly updated with the progress of the application and referencing. Sue and the team worked very hard for the sale of my flat and I felt really looked after. My flat had a leak two days prior to completion and Sue had called for a plumber within the hour and the leak was fixed on the same day. They also kept the post at the offices for me to collect. They are just as professional and can be relied upon to handle any issues that may arise during the tenancy. The John Payne service is not the cheapest, but the quality is at the top end.
