Having bought and sold a number of residential properties in the past, It is an unusual but absolute pleasure to commend John Payne for their level of customer care and attention to detail. Whilst the sale of a property to a domestic property owner is significant, to the busy branch of an estate agents, it must feel like just another sale in a long line of ongoing sales. In this case however, my experience was quite different. From initial discussions, to incidental queries though to exchanging contracts, John Payne managed to make me feel as though my property was their utmost priority. In addition, they managed the careful balance of following up without sounding as though they were chasing up. Throughout the conveyancing process, the team kept me up to date on negotiations, managed relations with solicitors on both sides and then personally called me this afternoon to confirm exchange of contracts.
