We used John Payne to find our current flat in Greenwich and were very impressed by the service they offered. In particular we liked that they weren't over salesy and annoying so a big thumbs up to Liam who was our initial contact. I felt confident that I could trust him and John Payne during what can often be a stressful process. We also found John Payne very professional from liaising with the landlady, sorting out the contract, references, as well as the inventory process on moving into the property. For us they are also managing the property and on moving in we had two unforeseen issues which they fixed within two days of us reporting them.
