We bought our house through John Payne in 2017. We dealt mainly with Daisy Paye of the Greenwich High Road office. Daisy really helped us navigate the process of buying which was invaluable to us as first time buyers. She provided support and assistance with dealing with the sellers and passing on our queries and dealt with our questions in a timely fashion.

My boyfriend and I found the process of renting a house with John Payne a straightforward and transparent process. We were mainly helped by Dylan, (also shown the property by his colleague) and we have found them both easy to work with, pleasant, and communicative without being pushy. The property is now also being managed by this company, and so far minor teething problems/questions we have had have also been promptly addressed by Annie. So overall, so far wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Having bought and sold a number of residential properties in the past, It is an unusual but absolute pleasure to commend John Payne for their level of customer care and attention to detail. Whilst the sale of a property to a domestic property owner is significant, to the busy branch of an estate agents, it must feel like just another sale in a long line of ongoing sales. In this case however, my experience was quite different. From initial discussions, to incidental queries though to exchanging contracts, John Payne managed to make me feel as though my property was their utmost priority. In addition, they managed the careful balance of following up without sounding as though they were chasing up. Throughout the conveyancing process, the team kept me up to date on negotiations, managed relations with solicitors on both sides and then personally called me this afternoon to confirm exchange of contracts.

John Payne have been very efficient in helping with our viewings and subsequently the purchase process. We mainly worked with Tracey and I found that she is knowledgeable with properties within the area, and she was able to leave us room for decisions. We felt that we could trust her during the viewing and purchase process, and that our queries were dealt with in a professional manner.
