From their patience and understanding of my needs during viewings to the level of care when going through exchange I have been very impressed. I was in a chain free position to buy and I had assured John Payne that I would be in position to exchange very quickly after an offer was accepted. However once the my offer on the house was accepted, my mortgage offer took 10 weeks to come back. Obviously during this time myself and the seller where getting very nervous. However the Daisy and the team at John Payne, handled the situation amazingly. Reassuring both sides and making sure everything was all in place to exchange when the offer came back. Exchange and completion went through without any issues at all. Picked the keys up at 10:00am on completion day with a big handshake and congratulations from Glenn.
