Have sent and contacted JLL quite a few times but never heard back. It’s been almost one and half year, still haven’t got my deposit back. I won’t recommend anyone to rent or buy from JLL and will high recommend international students to avoid this estate agent. The funny thing is JLL wanted to charge me for those existing issues which were clearly stated in the inventory check in report. And I paid over £450 for the end of tenancy cleaning service via jll’s living app but they messed up the blinds which asked me to be charge for this again. Now I just want to confirm if jll still holding the deposit or it has been released to the landlord so I could put down the correct information for raising the claim.
I would never hire JLL to sell or buy property. They will leave your flat in shambles, and then deny it, all they care about is their commission. I have never seen more disrespectful agents.
On Google is says they are open on Saturday but it was close when I went there at 11am.

Horrible experience! No one is able to help there, no one answers their calls. Very unprofessional group of people and it has been tough to deal with them after having paid the entire rent upfront! During the sales, they answer all their calls and are responsive in order to sell the property, once they are done with this - they couldn't care less.
I been to take the flat from them !! OMG their policy is so complex !! You will feel like you are in court !! Too expensive & complicated policy ! They are just surviving on the market due to branch chain.... not recommended as you need to go through lot of difficultiesNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Terrible experience. My fridge stopped working 3 weeks ago and JLL has done nothing with it and kept telling me the same thing: they need to ask for landlord’s quotation. It has caused so much convenience and extra financial loss. Don’t rent with JLL.
