Average service. They usually fix their screw-ups eventually.
I am sad beyond words, I don’t know if it’s Mann Canterbury be held accountable or the landlord. I just got the keys to the property. I am give a star to Holly and Jazmine who helped us with the process. But taking 3 stars away for receiving the house in a horrible state. 1) I received a key bunch with over ten keys, only 1 Works. 2) when we got to the house, the lights are not working, the freezer we asked for which was told to us is installed was not there. 3) windows don’t open and the extract above the hob doesn’t work. 4) we were coughing in smoke, because there was no freezer, we had to cook all the non-veg that we had when we moved. It was heart breaking to be honest. We are so bummed.our references took time, it doesn’t mean the landlord or agency didn’t have time to fix these issue . Do they know check the property before handover? Inventory list says, fire deductor does work, and bunch of other critical things — I am surprised by this.
Incredibly slow with the processes, inefficient and always favours the landlord. Thankfully our landlord was great, but whenever we had to deal with the agency, it was a nightmare.
Cannot get a reply via phone or email. Still chasing a deposit over a month after vacating the property.
No concern about the properties they let out, boarded up properties in residential area's of Canterbury, which was met with a poor response.
While some of the team are good, they’re severely let down by Paul and Neil who amount to the most helpless estate agents I’ve ever come across. Mann is set up to be the cheap agent in Canterbury that you go to when you want to sell or let on the cheap and the quality of service clearly reflects that. I’ll stick to independent agents in the city in future and not make the same mistakes again with any of my other properties. Had a very positive experience recently with Page & Co who are also based in Canterbury.
Terrible, no house maintenance, everything is broken, agent does not reply, do not recommend.
UNPROFESSIONAL ** UPDATE SOLD WITH NEW AGENT IN 10 DAYS ** Their sales pitch is perfect, unfortunately their service is not! …
