I dealt virtually solely vwith Felicity Baker during my purchase who was brilliant . Without her the transaction would have taken much longer ,in fact I probably would have pulled out due to the sellers using countrywide conveyancing who are absolutely terrifible. I would advise anyone thinking of using countrywide or getting involved in a chain involving them to read their review's first . If Mann didn't recommend them I would have given them 5:stars based on my experience dealing with Felicity .My solicitor even sang her praises .

I have been a Landlord with Mann Countrywide for some years now. I have found over the past couple of years the team to be friendly, and professional. They have let my properties in a timely mannor with minimal disruption and voids with the rental income. The Branch Manager is understanding of my needs, the administration team are efficient, and any quiries are answered in a timely mannor. My properties are fully managed, the property manager is dedicated, and turns round maintenace issues in a swiftly, timely mannor. She is professional, helpful, and keeps me updated on the progress of the works. The rent is paid on time, and should there have been any late rental payments they are fast to act to retrieve the rent. I would highly recommend the Canterbury lettings department of Mann Countrywide to any potential landlords, or tenants and I look forward to many more years with them managing my properties. A swift process ensured by strict deadlines. Working with Leah (one of the agents in the Canterbury branch) was very pleasant, she went out of her way to help us, and was extremely prompt with email responses. If possible, work with her! Overall not disappointed working with this company. Definitely recommended.

Upd: after leaving this review I was contacted by a new property manager - Andrey, who quickly and professionaly helped to resolve the issue. I've been told that my previous property manager- Levi is not working in JLL anymore. They are not returning my deposit after 2 months and counting. Had multiple emails sent to the property manager , kept getting emails saying I have to wait and various excuses. Two months after I moved out, they are yet to provide the deductions list. Never recieved login detals for my deposit protection account, the scammiest letting agency I've ever had to deal with.
