I team of professional people manage and work at the coulby newham branch of Michael poole estate agents. In particular Darren Baxter was in particular helpful and kept me informed at every aspect of my sale and is a credit to the company. Julie mckenzie was also very helpful and made my experience stress free.This is an estate agents I truly recommend
One very satisfied tenant. Our boiler died leaving us with no hot water or heating. With in a week the new system had been ordered and installed and the contractors stayed until late so as we had hot water for our children's bath. Cannot fault the service provided by Mann and Co Canterbury. Keep up the good work

Lauren Stevens, the woman who helped me set up my place, was lovely and extremely helpful. There were a few issues here and there such as not having a key to the post box, but the team, once made aware, immediately went to work on resolving these issues.

Overall we had a good experience buying a property through Mann, the people were friendly and human, however not always 100% reliable at replying to emails, perhaps as so many different people seemed to be involved. Apart from that minor point though they were helpful and much nicer to deal with than most estate agents.
Beth and the team were professional from start to finish of the process to sell my house. Abbie and Joe were courteous to me and the viewers at all times and I valued their honesty and enthusiasm. Thanks to you all.

I dealt virtually solely vwith Felicity Baker during my purchase who was brilliant . Without her the transaction would have taken much longer ,in fact I probably would have pulled out due to the sellers using countrywide conveyancing who are absolutely terrifible. I would advise anyone thinking of using countrywide or getting involved in a chain involving them to read their review's first . If Mann didn't recommend them I would have given them 5:stars based on my experience dealing with Felicity .My solicitor even sang her praises .
