Purchased through Ryder & Dutton (Royton) and was very pleased with the service they provided. Michaela, Emmy, Naomi and Oliver was great with communication and very proactive in ensuring that the process moved smoothly. All queries were answered quickly and they were a superb point of liaison between myself, the seller and the relevant conveyancing team.
