I had an excellent experience with the Highgate Goldschmidt & Howland team for the past year and a half as a tenant living in the area. Gabriella at G&H Highgate has helped me find a 'dream house'. She matched me to one based on my exact specifications at our initial meeting. And with the quickest, most seamless turnaround possible - it's all been down to good communication and really listening to needs.

We were looking for an apartment and were a bit complicated. Gabriella Simmons dealt with our issues, then took us to see a few places. She quickly had a sense of what we were looking for after a brief discussion and showed us a great place which we have now rented. There were a few little kerfuffle's with the renter that she handled with aplomb. Also just very pleasant to work with. Highly recommended.
