As a landlord in Highgate since 2001, I can't recommend estate agents Golsdchmidt and Howland enough. I have often used their letting service over the last 15 years and found them extremely professional,courteous and helpful. On each occasion, they have managed to meet or considerably exceed rental expectations. For me, it is also important to find careful tenants I can trust with whom I can build a good working relationship, and here too Goldschmidt and Howland have come through for me. Most recently, my tenants notified me they were leaving just before Christmas, leaving me facing a void until well into January. But I need not have worried. Letting Manager Marc Brahams found me new tenants to move in the day after the current ones left, 2 days before Christmas, at an excellent rent, even better than the previous one he secured for me. Somehow it was all sorted in time. I'm not sure anyone else could have done this, and I am grateful.

We were very lucky to find estate agent, Nathan Taylor. Nathan listened very carefully to our requirements. He had excellent local knowledge not only of properties on the market but, amazingly, he found us a property that was not yet on the market. Once the price was agreed he kept a close watch on the sale making sure that both the seller and ourselves were comfortable with the process thus saving us stress when the legal procedures seemed a little slow. Nathan is a very dedicated agent who obviously loves his work and these are among his many excellent qualities which I’ve no doubt achieves the very best outcome for both sellers and buyers.
