For the past 5 years G&H have found tenants for our flat in Highgate. During that time there have been three tenancies. We have been most impressed by a member of staff of the Highgate branch that we have never met. Nara Nunes is the Office Administrator who ensures that all the certificates, documents and agreements are in place for the tenancies. She works to a very high professional standard while being helpful, patient and friendly. This time we will be using another agency and we’re very sad to not be working with Nara again. She is a gem.

I rented a 2-bedroom apartment in Crouch End in July 2023 with Mark, and I was happy to have his help. He acted promptly, clearly and very professionally. For example, we scheduled a viewing for the day of our first call and did all things fast and clearly. English is not my first language and I was concerned about possible misunderstandings, but Mark and his colleagues made sure everything was clear and understandable. The entire process was very prompt. Mark kindly helped me carry out an additional viewing when I needed to clarify the dimensions of the furniture and take additional measurements. He specially came to the address at the end of the working day. All the work of the agency and Mark's colleagues was also excellent. I also communicated with other agency managers who processed the deal, prepared documents, etc. I especially appreciate Chanel's work with documents and preceding the Tenancy agreement. Communication with them was also very comfortable, understandable, and productive. Thanks to Mark and his colleagues, my tenancy deal was quick, easy and comfortable. Today I live in a great apartment, in a lovely area. And I am grateful to Mark that this happened.
