As a landlord in Highgate since 2001, I can't recommend estate agents Golsdchmidt and Howland enough. I have often used their letting service over the last 15 years and found them extremely professional,courteous and helpful. On each occasion, they have managed to meet or considerably exceed rental expectations. For me, it is also important to find careful tenants I can trust with whom I can build a good working relationship, and here too Goldschmidt and Howland have come through for me. Most recently, my tenants notified me they were leaving just before Christmas, leaving me facing a void until well into January. But I need not have worried. Letting Manager Marc Brahams found me new tenants to move in the day after the current ones left, 2 days before Christmas, at an excellent rent, even better than the previous one he secured for me. Somehow it was all sorted in time. I'm not sure anyone else could have done this, and I am grateful.

The whole Goldschmidt team were great through the process of buying a house, but special mention must go to Michael Josephides. Michael was super-flexible at the beginning of the process, getting a first and second viewing on very short notice; he then gently pushed the process along on both sides and was transparent and communicative throughout. This would have been a much slower and less comfortable experience without Michael and he has my sincere gratitude.

What I liked about the team was that they were very professional, listened and understood what I was looking for and seamlessly guided me through the letting process. For the past 5 years G&H have found tenants for our flat in Highgate. During that time there have been three tenancies. We have been most impressed by a member of staff of the Highgate branch that we have never met. Nara Nunes is the Office Administrator who ensures that all the certificates, documents and agreements are in place for the tenancies. She works to a very high professional standard while being helpful, patient and friendly. This time we will be using another agency and we’re very sad to not be working with Nara again. She is a gem.
