Goldschmidt have once again handled the sale of a property for me, and the service I received is why they are always my first port of call when it comes to property, be it sale or rental. In particular, Michael Josephides went that extra mile to help facilitate the transaction - I know he was supported by colleagues, but it felt as if he was available 24/7 and was always willing to take a call or make a call. I can only one again say thank you for your highly professional service - you never lost your cool, even when I was losing mine!

We bought our home using Goldschmidt and they were super helpful from the beginning. They showed us properties that popped up, even off market if they thought they would be of interest. We ended up going through with one and even with our complicated scenario were always available and offered us excellent service. Michael went above and beyond for us in many occasions and we just wanted to thank him and the team for helping us buy our dream home! Would highly recommend using the company and if you have a chance to have Michael cover you then you will not be disappointed!

Me and my partner purchased our first flat together through Goldschmidt & Howland and were exceptionally pleased with the care and service throughout, particularly from Nathan, who used his local property knowledge and helped guide the buying process from initial viewings, follow up viewings, to offer, legal work and completion; he was always available to answer any queries and was very proactive in ensuring the buying process proceeded smoothly. Have to give a big shout out to Billy at G&H in Highgate. We’ve been looking for a property and have dealt with several agents in a few different areas of North London. Billy is very personable, professional and helpful and thinks laterally as well. He’s very confident without being cocky and his manner defies his years. I had a great experience selling my house with the Highgate office. Michael in particular was very vested in my sale and it felt like they genuinely cared that I sold. Immediately, even before going to wider market on social media, they were able to set up multiple viewings from relevant and interested parties. Goldschmidt has a great database of potential clients and I had over 47 viewings in a limited period. All communication was organised and detailed in terms of when viewings were happening. During contract period they were helpful and very useful in keeping the process moving forward . Highly recommend this company if you want a personal service and extremely knowledgable agents.

An excellent experience, start to finish! Nathan quickly found the right buyers for our flat and then Michael handled everything thereafter, keeping the whole operation on track and responding to all questions from every side.
