We were waiting on the grass!! Do you remember this sentence Miss ? Go away from this agency ! We waited for 1 hour for a visit and we called the agency 3 times during this period. No answers and no news from the agent... Try another agency. You will save time and money!
I had a short but horrible experience with this agency. Booked a visit for a flat, showed up on time but did not received any details regarding the agent’s identity. As a result, we could not visit it and left after calling 3 times their phone number, the agent being unreachable. We were really interested by this flat, so we called again to ask for a virtual viewing or a video of the flat, but could not say a word as the agent kept on blaming me and speaking over me. After acknowledging an issue of miscommunication, she confirmed that she would send a video, but nothing was ever received from my part. As much as I understand that the demand for properties in London is enormous, there is no use to be so impolite and obnoxious with their customers. I will never rent a flat from this agency because of their lack of consideration for people’s time, and I do not recommend them.

Please please please don't use this estate agency! We had the worst 18 months of our lives renting a flat from them! They 'sold' it to us using pressure selling tactics, they didn't send the agreement within 10 days of the holding deposit as they should have done so we had to agree to last minute terms so as not to become homeless. Whilst at the flat, there were tonnes of repairs that needed to happen (roof leaking, windows with gaps in, mushrooms growing from the windows, floor damaged, gas leak, rats) and they spent ages fixing them (if at all) and always defended/helped the landlords and couldn't have cared less about the tenants (despite the fact we looked after the place and always paid the rent on time). We lost £500 of our deposit because of sneaky and unfair tactics and at that point we were too tired and stressed to fight it further. I have never been as stressed as I have in my entire life and I've lost money and had to deal with all this whilst in a national lockdown. Sarah in particular was rude to us from the off, Lauren was unhelpful and slow to respond to reasonable queries and in general I think this estate agency should be ashamed of how it treats tenants. Please ignore the positive reviews and don't risk renting a property with this agency.
Really poor experience I had with this agency. I called them for a property multiple times over the course of 3 weeks. Every time I was promised a call back and it never happened. I left my name and number for them to get back to me. Today I called again to find out that they arranged an open day a week or so ago. They never did let me know about that. In none of the calls this was mentioned. I could have just leave it, and moved on. I am less annoyed with the fact that I missed a property that I was genuinely interested but the lack of communication and the overall treatment is certainly not what you would like to receive.
Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with!!!!!! Have let work men into our house (a household of 5 girls) without letting us know (breaching contracts). A leak has been ongoing since October, and since then it has returned 5 times - after claiming it’s been fixed. I’ve have to constantly chase up my “property manager” whom is completely inadequate for the job. The out of hours emergency team do not help at all either. Multiple things have broken or gone wrong since moving in in October and I have to chase up at least 6 times before anything is done. Refusing to give us more bins, yet there is 1 bin between 5 flats. There will soon be rats living in the building due to their lack of care.
We viewed and put an offer on a rental property all in one day which was accepted by the landlord. We completed references immediately the next day providing guarantors also. They switched us between 3 different agents. Sarah asked us to give her 5 star reviews to win an award … after she confirmed in writing our references passed and we’re fine to move into the last steps (paying funds and final signing). This apparently wasn’t actually true and our references went wrong somewhere. But they never kept us informed or contacted us. She just wanted to win this award apparently. We were then passed onto Rebecca who never responded to us we had to call and email everyday to get a response because they were being avoidant. With two weeks exactly left to move in (and 2 weeks till my current tenancy ends) they called late on a Friday (today in fact 18.02.22 ) saying sorry landlord doesn’t want guarantors and changed her mind. Shouldn’t you, as the estate agent, know whether or not the landlord wants people to apply with guarantors beforehand. My partner and I earn 2.5x the rent so it all seems absolutely dodgy. Now we’ve wasted two weeks of our time doing everything for Drivers and Norris for them to NEVER call back till and us chasing them for a week straight. This bomb shell was dropped on us today, might I add and we were not even kept in the loop at all. I’m now currently having the biggest anxiety and panic over the fact I have 2 weeks left to find and move into somewhere new. They completely screwed us over and I’m appalled at the lack of responsiveness and care with regards to someone’s actual life. I have nowhere to move to once this my tenancy ends in 2 weeks and I’m so worried beyond words that I won’t find somewhere. I would steer absolutely clear and take heed to the 1 * reviews on here because it is shocking and upsetting. I don’t what legally I can even do here I’m so disappointed. And it really was the perfect flat for myself and partner. Super disappointing and careless. 0/10.
