Rude staff who always park in my flat parking spot blocking others in. To top it off they have no issues swearing in front of my toddler as they leave there.

The woman on the phone was incredibly rude. Maybe hire people who have better people skills. Safe to say won’t be using this agency again :)

Very disappointed at the level of compassion and service. Never around to discuss urgent matters, took forever to respond to emails and often arrogant attitude by certain staff members who made my family feel anxious and made the whole experience frankly difficult and stressful.

Poor communication levels in every aspect since they bought out Reliable homes. not happy and its a pain to get anyone to reply to a call or email. 1 un happy landlord!

Incapable of showing up on time for appointments with no notification. I recommend this agency only to people who don't value their time or believe in unicorns and five-star reviews here.

Irresponsible, cocky, obnoxious, lazy! Bunch of cowboys who have complete disregard for people's well being. One month ago, they had installed a generator on one of they properties they manage, funny enough a tower building, bring up memories? This petrol filled machine is constantly on, 24/7 causing lots of noise and increasing distress to their tenants and to the all neighborhood. They have been asked to remove it and apparently the answer of the responsible agent, KANWAL, has been TOUGH LUCK! Don't go with them if you care about your life as with these guys we can sit here and wait for another fire happening.....NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value
