I letted my flat through Drivers&Norris. Very Good service, friendly agents who do not pressure you and guide you through the process simply. On top of things, we viewed our flat and moved in within a week. They provide you with a very lovely and useful welcome pack! There was a typo over the date of the tenancy on the contract but that was sorted out very swiftly. Although we did nearly have to re-sign because the document was lost but we just sent them ours.

Bought from them in 2014 a maisonette flat. The team seem nice. I was going to go today to discuss a sale However just drove past the dishevelled blue building in such horrible state so made me wonder and slightly tick as above apparently newly refurbished office - not sure this is inviting to customer walking by or driving by. I didn’t stop. 🫣

I had a very good experience with Beatrice and Denise, who helped me finalise and move into the property very swifty. However, the maintenance agent-Lauren can be a bit more professional in taking care of maintenance issues and responding to emails/concerns.

Sold a flat with them. Mixed bag. Best credentials, bad contract (but easily amended), acceptable responsiveness, good at getting and conducting viewings, complacency on conversion to offer.

Was a tenant with them for a year, it was stressful securing a flat with them and leaving our flat also

Update: Property management is very slow. Our washing machine has been broken for over a month and they still haven't fixed it yet!!! Old review: In the whole hectic property market, they did take their time to make things right.PositiveProfessionalism
