Dealt with Natasha, very rude and unprofessional
Irresponsible, cocky, obnoxious, lazy! Bunch of cowboys who have complete disregard for people's well being. One month ago, they had installed a generator on one of they properties they manage, funny enough a tower building, bring up memories? This petrol filled machine is constantly on, 24/7 causing lots of noise and increasing distress to their tenants and to the all neighborhood. They have been asked to remove it and apparently the answer of the responsible agent, KANWAL, has been TOUGH LUCK! Don't go with them if you care about your life as with these guys we can sit here and wait for another fire happening.....
What a complete joke this company is when it comes to managing an apartment block in Basingstoke. You would not believe that I had raised 4 complaints in the past at high level only to return to the building after tenant complaints to see the images attached. We are all being charged nearly £500 per quarter for no services to maintain a block of over 54 apartments. 1) Grass not cut for at least 4 months 2) Cleaners who just hoover and do nothing else 3) Car park full of litter, rubbish and overgrown 4) Weeds everywhere in the beds, car park and all around the site. 5) Bin store designed so open access to anyone (including a new block behind) who think it is OK to dump sofas/BBQ's and anything else. 6) Internally the place smells dirty, carpets heavily stained and walls in bad need of painting. Cobwebs everywhere. 7) Lack of communication from Drivers and Norris who are appointed apparently by the freeholder to manage the block. They think its acceptable to be abrupt to us when we raise the clear issues over the block and lack of management. 8) Scaffolding put up weeks ago, blocking the view to many residents. No work has been carried out since it went up and no one informs anyone what is happening. Overall I understand that companies can get things wrong when they have a lot to deal with. Having involved my MP in the past and escalated to a high level I had hoped things would be much better. Tenant now leaving, unable to re-let as other comparable properties are much better looked after (especially the new one now directly behind this block). My advise is use a proper respected managing agent and not Drivers and Norris. If the freeholder is reading this, shame on you for allowing investors to put money into a block and allow a cowboy company to run it. We are now stuck, not able to sell, let with endless complaints from the residents who are contracted to reside here.
Terrible experience as a Tenant. Money hungry yet slow or totally unresponsive when it comes to repairs. Zero care for tenant's safety and wellbeing. I don't recommend.👎 …

Gavin is very unprofessional and rude, he posted advert of our flat with some old photos when he got instructions to organise professional photography to be taken, when I phoned and asked him to take the advertisement down he acused me of being unprofessional and said "are you kidding me" "did you chase me up for the photos to be taken" not to mention he is advertising the flat for rent he have not key for to do viewings... how much more unprofessional you can be! I was shouted at and called spoiled because things dont go my way... dont ever use this agent as they very unprofessional, especially Gavin! I would not give them even one star if I could! I rented a property through them. Don`t do the same mistake. Sink not working, washing machine starts to not work as well and they forgot to mention the presence of very annoying building works. 3 weeks and thanks also to the slow landlord they hook me up with, my life is miserable. My first experience in looking for a property started with this estate agent. They are not professional, very money hungry, client care is not important to them unless of course you are giving them what they want. I backed out of a property and their response (Sarah Twiner) was bullyish and rude even though I was very polite and apologetic to her initially. I emailed the manager John Young who ignored my refund request, subsequently I emailed the managing director Scott Hailou who also ignored my request even just to reply to me to confirm if they accepted it or not.
