I can’t recommend Credential enough. We have had a seamless and pain free experience from start to finish. All staff are a breath of fresh air in contrast to the bigger estate agencies which see you merely as part of reaching targets and like to twist the truth to achieve this. All questions were answered immediately and the welcome box of gifts when we got our keys was a lovely touch. Credential Estate Agents were incredibly professional and efficient. All my interactions with the staff were courteous and polite. I was particularly impressed with their ability to genuinely hear what my requirements were and deliver accordingly. They made sure I didn't feel like a cog in a large machine that is so often the case with the big chain agents.

As a tenant I think they are excellent. They deal with emergencies quickly and are always helpful, responsive and professional. I like that they use tradespeople that have worked with them for decades, so are reliable.
