Credential Estate Agents were incredibly professional and efficient. All my interactions with the staff were courteous and polite. I was particularly impressed with their ability to genuinely hear what my requirements were and deliver accordingly. They made sure I didn't feel like a cog in a large machine that is so often the case with the big chain agents.
