Simply excellent! Everything is dealt with efficiently, a good solution is found no matter how big or small or how urgent a problem may be. I'm never worried, which is quite something :)

Base property has been great and has been a saviour in my case. I mainly interacted with Kristjan and it has been an absolute pleasure. He was very responsive, easy to communicate with and very understanding

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation/thanks to An Deckers & all of the Base staff that have helped make my stay so wonderful over the past 3 years - they all really do a fantastic job & certainly stand out as the best property management team I've had the pleasure of interacting with in my many years as a tenant from London to New York.

Always a friendly and prompt response from any team member we speak to at Base Properties. Really like the fact they have a online system to report maintenance problems. The best London property agent we have had, as they deal with queries and problems efficiently and so quickly.

I had the best experience with them in 6 year of letting properties agents. When I moved in, there were some issues with the heating, and while they were finding a solution, brought temporary heaters. They are always there when you need them, quick email respond, efficient and caring. The return of the deposit was straight forward and without problems.

A very professional, no hassle approach to being agents. The process to renew the contract at the flat, as well as all maintenance issues have been professionally dealt with and I have had no issues whatsoever. This is very tough to find in London.
