Base Property Specialists

best experience I have ever had with an estate agent

I really didn't expect how amazing it is to deal with Base! No stress, an abosolute pleasure to deal with!

Professional service with streamlined processes making tenant experience easy and enjoyable.

Great to work with. Responsive and helpful. A complete 180 from previous agencies I've rented through.

Incredible help and support from base agency! Very friendly, responsive, professional, and reliable team. Premium service!

I had some plumbing issues during the xmas period which caused much distress. I was so pleased with the service, in particular Kristian took the time to listen to my concerns and get the issue fixed very quickly. Thank you so much!

Lovely people and great communication. Everything was hassle free and they made everything super simple for moving into our new property. They are the best agents I’ve ever had to deal with.

My experience with Base was amazing! It was my first time renting a property and Steve explained everything so clearly and was so helpful which made the experience even more memorable. Will definitely recommend to others!

Base PS have been the best management agency I have worked with, and helped us with any issues that have arisen. They have been fair and thorough throughout our tenancy, and we intend to stay with them as long as we can.

I had a very good impression from the very beginning of interacting with Base Properties since having arranged to visit the property a few years ago. All the agents whom I have interacted with were exceptionally professional. All the processes to rent the property went ever so smooth and the service provided was second to none. I state this confidently because I have moved so many times and I never came across the letting agent who is extremely efficient and communicates with clarity and in a timely manner.
