I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation/thanks to An Deckers & all of the Base staff that have helped make my stay so wonderful over the past 3 years - they all really do a fantastic job & certainly stand out as the best property management team I've had the pleasure of interacting with in my many years as a tenant from London to New York.

I had a very good impression from the very beginning of interacting with Base Properties since having arranged to visit the property a few years ago. All the agents whom I have interacted with were exceptionally professional. All the processes to rent the property went ever so smooth and the service provided was second to none. I state this confidently because I have moved so many times and I never came across the letting agent who is extremely efficient and communicates with clarity and in a timely manner.

They're always friendly and responsive, and when I had a problem (which wasn't down to them) they dived in to solve it straight away with no fuss.
