Base Property Specialists

Premium Estate Agent. Never thought there was such a thing until I met these guys. They set the industry stands the rest should be striving for.

Great agency, take care of the property well and very responsive. Very professional

I have rented my property through Base for several years and am extremely happy with the level of service I have received. Could not recommend them highly enough

Base Property Specialists are an incredibly talented team. We have used them for a number of years in relation to our property in London and they've been fantastic. We would definitely recommend them to others.

As a tenant, I had a great experience speaking with Kristjan on the phone, very joyful, completely fair/unbiased, and helpful beyond expectation. Highly Recommend!!

Restored my faith in the 'renting in London' process. Amazing customer service and communication throughout the whole experience. Transparent, friendly, genuine. Kristjan, An, Hannah and Steve were all a joy to deal with! Highly recommend.

Recently completed on a property sold and listed by Base Property... Very Friendly and helpful team, my main contact was Kristjan who was fantastic. Very happy overall with the purchase and co-operation by this firm. Will be keeping tabs on future sales listed by them.
