I had a very good impression from the very beginning of interacting with Base Properties since having arranged to visit the property a few years ago. All the agents whom I have interacted with were exceptionally professional. All the processes to rent the property went ever so smooth and the service provided was second to none. I state this confidently because I have moved so many times and I never came across the letting agent who is extremely efficient and communicates with clarity and in a timely manner.
Reply from Base Property Specialists: Naoko many thanks for the kind words. We work hard to deliver a great experience for our Tenants and we're delighted to hear that's exactly what you had!
