I was helped by Gwenno and others at W&G for over a year as I tried to find a property to come home to after 30 years in the USA. I had to be in contact from the States, and I was given every help in finding just the right house in just the right place. The staff were patient with me and kept me posted all along the process. Thank you all for taking care of all my fussy needs!

Excellent service

We have just ended our tenancy with Williams and Goodwin although out landlord wasn't the best....... Gwenno Griffiths and Greg Horsman where brilliant and so helpful!! Gwenno was super quick replying to emails and Greg was always friendly and helpful right from the start of the viewing to the end of tenancy! They both did all they could to help us find somewhere more suitable! Thanks guys :)

The staff are very friendly and helpful, as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with a warm smile by Gwenno who was handling the paperwork with me. She was very thorough and very personable. She has answered any questions that I have had and provided me with all the information I needed. Highly recommend as an estate agent!

Excellent Service

We have been a tenant in a rented house which is managed by Williams and Goodwin for the past three years. Initial rental process was managed very well. Ongoing rental also managed to a great standard, any issues or problems are dealt with easily, quickly and effectively. We are always kept up to date with progress. All staff dealt with are very friendly, professional, reliable and helpful. Greg Horsman is our main point of contact and we couldn't ask for anyone better to deal with.
