Great Service

We found their service to be friendly and efficient. From our initial contact to arrange the viewing to signing the tenancy agreement all of their staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. Communication is very good and they responded quickly when we phoned to report the front door lock had broken. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

An efficient and reliable service, with excellent customer care

We have used the letting services of Williams and Goodwin for 5 years and they have proved to be both efficient and reliable in our dealings with them. From listing the property, to tenants moving in through to follow up visits and administration, the whole team work together to manage each stage thoroughly and smoothly. The team members are polite and professional but at the same time friendly and approachable, which works well for us. A special mention to our Property Manager, Rhian Cunliffe, who is always ready to help and willing to facilitate between our and our tenants' needs in a conscientious and professional manner. Helpful company , letting made easy

I decided to go with property people , Llangefni to let our house. They are local and have a valuable knowledge of the local area. I met Rhian Cunliffe at the office , she was a great help and organised everything for me. Thank you very much for all your help Rhian .

Friendly and efficient

The agent is always friendly and understanding of any issues raised. When we had an emergency with a burst shower they quickly contacted a plumber and a new shower was promptly installed. All our requests have been treated with understanding and an efficient manner. I would recommend them as a leggings agent.

Property People have been our letting agents for the past 5 years and we have had an excellent standard of service from them. They are very thorough when dealing with potential tenants,and know which tenants are suitable for us as landlords in a rural area. They also have contacts with local tradesmen when there is a problem involving house maintenance, and sometimes emergency work. All the staff are very professional and helpful - telephoning or e mailing often to keep us updated with the latest news on potential tenants. Any problems we or the tenant have are dealt with quickly. Gwenno and Vanessa's last words are '' Don't worry, we'll sort it.'' We are very pleased to having been recommended to Williams and Goodwin and shall be dealing with them for the foreseeable future.

I would like to thank Williams and Goodwin for their prompt and courteous service during the 13 months in which I was tenant at a property managed fully by them. When renting it is not possible to tell what maintenance work may prove necessary, and initially I was unfortunate to experience a flood and the need to replace the downstairs toilet within 48 hours. During the tenancy various lesser issues cropped up with the front door, lighting, tree pruning, and an oven reaching the end of it's life. I am grateful that all of the above were dealt with pleasantly with continued amicable relations between myself, the owner and W & G. In the case of a front door which would not shut and the lack of an oven, a contractor was sent the same day. <br> <br> It was always pleasant to meet Greg during the management visits, which gave an opportunity to discuss any non-urgent issues and the best course of action. <br> <br> I am grateful to Rhys and Gwenno for their management of the various issues as we went along. It was understood the owner wished to eventually sell the property and when this occurred the handling of the final countdown and reimbursement of deposit and gas refund was efficient and prompt. I believe the tenancy was a win-win situation for all concerned, and will have good memories of it.

Thank you so much for everything you did for me over the past few months. I wasn't the easiest of customers to please!- I've just inspected the property for the first time since they moved in and it was spotless- im glad I endured the whole process and stress to get the right tenants...im sure my nain would have loved the boys is she was still with us!

I have been totally surprised by the turn around in the quality of service provided over the last few years. This is no small part due to Kelvin and no doubt several other members of staff that I never get to hear about. Keep up the good work.
