Excellent, friendly, reliable, service as landlords. Communication brilliant.

This will be my sixth year using Williams and Goodwin. I use the fully managed service. Communication is excellent whether, via telephone, e-mail or post and Jemma, my property manager, and the company have always been helpful and sorted out any issues promptly. Management visit reports, done by Greg, are easy to read and understand and carried out regularly. If repairs are noted on the report, with the landlord's/lady's consent, they will send you quotes, and because they use local companies to work for them it saves you looking for workmen for repairs. However, you are not obliged to use them if you do not wish! Organising external contractors for electricity, plumbing and gas, or re-decorating is also no trouble for them, and I have found their tradesmen to be very efficient, cost effective, and are well known in the area as good tradesmen. During the vacant period, they will arrange, with your consent, for the property to be cleaned, and any works needed are always done. When one of my tenants caused damage, which was not just a wear and tear issue, they used the dispute resolution service with the DPS to claim money owing. It was no hassle for them to help resolve the issues. They have also taken money from a deposit, with the tenants agreement for a minor repair. When a tenant leaves, if you want to re-let they always put the property back on the lettings market immediately, to avoid a void period. I am particularly pleased to receive regular updates as to progress when new tenants are vetted- there is never any need for me to go chasing information. Jemma (and the team) in the Llangefni office has been particularly helpful and efficient- thank you! I will certainly be using their services again in the future when I'm looking for another tenant.

Excellent service in finding a tenant

My property became vacant rather unexpectedly and I was looking for a tenant asap. Thankfully the tenants were found quickly and with the minimum of fuss. I was particularly pleased to receive regular updates as to progress - there was never any need for me to go chasing information. Gwenno in the Llangefni office has been particularly helpful and efficient- thank you!. I will certainly be using their services again in the future when I'm looking for another tenant.

Very Helpful with anything needed

Excellent service, anything needed it was of no hassle for them to help resolve the issue. Communication was excellent. very friendly. And Gwenno has been more than fantastic and helped me with any query i had quickly and efficiently.

Very hardworking, excellent service

Nothing was too much trouble for Jemma and the team, organising external contractors for electricity, plumbing and gas, as well as finding a lovely tenant for me, and keeping me up to date with all events. Highly recommended!

Great Service

We found their service to be friendly and efficient. From our initial contact to arrange the viewing to signing the tenancy agreement all of their staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. Communication is very good and they responded quickly when we phoned to report the front door lock had broken. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

An efficient and reliable service, with excellent customer care

We have used the letting services of Williams and Goodwin for 5 years and they have proved to be both efficient and reliable in our dealings with them. From listing the property, to tenants moving in through to follow up visits and administration, the whole team work together to manage each stage thoroughly and smoothly. The team members are polite and professional but at the same time friendly and approachable, which works well for us. A special mention to our Property Manager, Rhian Cunliffe, who is always ready to help and willing to facilitate between our and our tenants' needs in a conscientious and professional manner. I would highly recommend Williams and Goodwin's letting services.
