The Positive Experience of Dealing with a Professional Letting Agency

It is a pleasure to know that we can rest easy when it comes to the management of the lovely home in which we live. The way that the Office deals promptly with any problems or queries that we raise is excellent, particularly the quick response that Gwenno Griffith gives each time we have an issue. She is keen to follow through, gets back to us as soon as she can, and always follows up with a check on how the matter has been addressed. We greatly appreciate this. Thank you for allowing us to remain in a warm, safe haven; a place where we have felt safe and secure for almost 9 years and hope to for many more to come.

The staff were wonderful to work with, They were always pleasant and willing to answer any questions I had throughout the process from viewings to taking up tenancy. They responded to any queries in a quick and professional manner. I highly recommend the team in the Llangefni lettings office. Gwenno went above and beyond to make sure my application was successful and I got the property I wanted, even when the time constraints were very tight. I'm very glad I chose to work with Williams & Goodwin and should I need the services of a letting agent again in the future, I will surely turn to the Llangefni team first.

The Property People have been excellent and have helped me rent my property out since mid 2016. The rate they offered is very competitive and the service has been exemplary. They also are very good at marketing rental properties and as a result my property was rented out at the first time of asking. Everyone I have dealt with in both the Bangor and Llangefni offices have been incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. Gwenno from the Llangefni office has been responsible for managing my property and she has been terrific. She was really efficient at getting the property rented out and kept me up to date throughout the entire process. She also gave some really useful advice and if there were any issues she dealt with them very quickly. So far I have been really impressed with The Property People and I would happily recommend them to anyone renting out a property. Keep up the good work! :-)

Hasssle free let

We have lived in a property let by Williams and Goodwin for many years and have had bo problems at all. All correspondance is polite and professional and queries/problems responded to and resolved quickly.
