A great service from beginning to end

From the day that our rental property became available Williams & Goodwin advertised it that day and the viewings just flowed in! This, in turn meant that it was occupied again within seven weeks with tenants that matched their and our needs. Jemma & Gwenno were particularily helpful informing and reminding us of every aspect of the process. They even found us an electrician at short notice which was particularily helpful. <br><br> Diolch i Williams & Goodwin am ddod o hyd i denantiaid delfrydol i ni, roedd y gwasanaeth a gawsom yn ardderchog. Great agents, we have been renting through the llangefni office for over two years.

Any issues have been dealt with promptly (the loss of the fence, in a storm) and the staff are friendly and courteous. Greg makes quarterly visits and is always pleasant and approachable. The contractor they use to make repairs, Meredydd, is professional and worked quickly, leaving everything tidy.

Top notch

We have been using this letting agent for around 6 months and have found them to be extremely helpful in both our property search and throughout our tenancy in our chosen property. They have dealt with any problems or queries promptly and have helped a great deal. Two employees in particular stand out, those being Greg and Emily who have always been on hand in a friendly and professional way. I would highly suggest this letting agent again.

Lettings Team at Williams and Goodwin-The Property People

Superb service from the start, excellent advertising of the property, thorough vetting of potential Tenants. Kelvin is always willing to contact external Contractors and liase directly with the Tenant-nothing is ever too much trouble. Detailed management reports by Greg. A professional and efficient lettings team at Williams and Goodwin. Overall extremely satisfied.

Excellent very friendly above and beyond!

All the agents in the team in Llangefni were really kind helpful and went out of their way to make our move as smooth as possible. They conversed with both ourselves and my parents (guarantors) in an efficient professional and extremely friendly and helpful manner. They went above and beyond and I cannot thank Gwenno enough! Excellent, friendly, reliable, service as landlords. Communication brilliant.

This will be my sixth year using Williams and Goodwin. I use the fully managed service. Communication is excellent whether, via telephone, e-mail or post and Jemma, my property manager, and the company have always been helpful and sorted out any issues promptly. Management visit reports, done by Greg, are easy to read and understand and carried out regularly. If repairs are noted on the report, with the landlord's/lady's consent, they will send you quotes, and because they use local companies to work for them it saves you looking for workmen for repairs. However, you are not obliged to use them if you do not wish! Organising external contractors for electricity, plumbing and gas, or re-decorating is also no trouble for them, and I have found their tradesmen to be very efficient, cost effective, and are well known in the area as good tradesmen. During the vacant period, they will arrange, with your consent, for the property to be cleaned, and any works needed are always done. When one of my tenants caused damage, which was not just a wear and tear issue, they used the dispute resolution service with the DPS to claim money owing. It was no hassle for them to help resolve the issues. They have also taken money from a deposit, with the tenants agreement for a minor repair. When a tenant leaves, if you want to re-let they always put the property back on the lettings market immediately, to avoid a void period. I am particularly pleased to receive regular updates as to progress when new tenants are vetted- there is never any need for me to go chasing information. Jemma (and the team) in the Llangefni office has been particularly helpful and efficient- thank you! I will certainly be using their services again in the future when I'm looking for another tenant.

Excellent service in finding a tenant

My property became vacant rather unexpectedly and I was looking for a tenant asap. Thankfully the tenants were found quickly and with the minimum of fuss. I was particularly pleased to receive regular updates as to progress - there was never any need for me to go chasing information. Gwenno in the Llangefni office has been particularly helpful and efficient- thank you!. I will certainly be using their services again in the future when I'm looking for another tenant.
