First class service

I am in the middle of moving home from Yorkshire and decided to rent a property while searching for a new home on Anglesey. Both Jemma and Gwenno, at the Llangefni branch, gave a first class service and sorted everything out for me for a smooth move. They are very welcoming, professional and approachable with queries responded to practically immediately. This is how customer service should be.

Excellent providers of managed service tenancy

Williams & Goodwin The Property People have been managing my HMO student-let in Bangor for the past 3 years. Since the initial consultation with Williams & Goodwin about renting the property, I was confident in my choice of agents. I had never contemplated the different aspects their service covers through the lifetime of a tenancy, from lettings advertisements, tenant vetting, deposits, check-in, inventory lists, periodic management visits, check-outs etc. All of the above is carried out with utmost efficiency and professionalism by Williams & Goodwin staff members, for me it makes owning a rental property easy.

Professional and courteous service.

Received excellent service throughout the whole procedure of private letting. Greg makes quarterly visits to ensure that everything is running smoothly for us. Any problems are dealt with by Jemma in the office and are dealt with super efficiently. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The staff are always courteous , helpful, professional and friendly.

I have had personal experience dealing with the staff from the Property People Residential letting and have been very happy with the way they perform their duties as being courteous, helpful, professional and friendly towards their clients.

All round great support

Currently in my second property though William and Goodwin and cannot thank the staff enough for all their help especially Vanessa Lloyd, Emily Jacobs, Jemma Jones, Hilary O'Neil and Kelvin Frazer who have always extremely helpful and quick to deal with every situation in a pleasant manor, Would like to give a big thanks to Greg Horsman who makes quarterly visits which is always done in a pleasant, professional and friendly manor. I would greatly recommend the service provided though Williams and Goodwin who have made the whole experience as smooth and stress free as possible.

Fabulous 5 star Williams and Goodwin

Can't fault Williams and Goodwin at all, they have been amazing . It was a big move for us from the West Midlands and in particular Gwenno Griffith has been extremely helpful. As first time private tenants Gwenno has gone above and beyond in explaining the process every step of the way. We are delighted with out new home and new life here in North Wales , all Thanks to Gwenno and Williams and Goodwin x

A great service from beginning to end

From the day that our rental property became available Williams & Goodwin advertised it that day and the viewings just flowed in! This, in turn meant that it was occupied again within seven weeks with tenants that matched their and our needs. Jemma & Gwenno were particularily helpful informing and reminding us of every aspect of the process. They even found us an electrician at short notice which was particularily helpful. <br><br> Diolch i Williams & Goodwin am ddod o hyd i denantiaid delfrydol i ni, roedd y gwasanaeth a gawsom yn ardderchog. Great agents, we have been renting through the llangefni office for over two years.

Any issues have been dealt with promptly (the loss of the fence, in a storm) and the staff are friendly and courteous. Greg makes quarterly visits and is always pleasant and approachable. The contractor they use to make repairs, Meredydd, is professional and worked quickly, leaving everything tidy.
