This is my first (of many, I hope) dealing with Qube Residential ie Jonathan Cook. I was impressed with the speed and prompt response to emails and his willingness to help and guide with his local knowledge. I will highly recommend and plan to use their services in the future.
Staff who have helped us with the move process have been great and extremely friendly
Very accommodating and professional staff. Letting process straightforward and easy to work with. High recommendation, small flaw in some process regarding paying but entirely understandable, feel not necessary though that particular requirement
Good service and responsive.
Great support from all at Qube during difficult times
