I don’t even know where to begin… we moved in March 2023, and all we have had is constant issues where our concerns are constantly being ignored. When we moved in on the first day, they had said they had a cleaner round… however the floors were filthy, the counters and tables were disgusting… there was a dirty sock on the kitchen smoke alarm (as we guess previous owners were smokers). Bulbs blown in bathrooms, handle completely off on shower door, we had no blinds, cracks all along the walls where the plaster has blown, the whole apartment smelt of smoke and cigarettes (even inside the fridge and showers) Both bed bases were completely broken in, there were old clothes of previous tenants under beds. Suppose to be a furnished property but the toaster and kettle did not work and was in horrid condition, as is the beds like I mentioned and the couch. The cupboard where the water tank is, has awful water damage on the ceiling and the tank from a previous leak… This was on the first day we moved in, it took almost 6 months for us to get blinds installed, we are still waiting for somebody to come and sort the water damage out… in fact we are waiting for a number of things to still be resolved yet we have heard absolutely nothing… The communication and lack of urgency this agency has to care for their tenants and properties is beyond me. Yet have the cheek to increase the rent? It has been an experience from hell, in a building that’s absolutely falling apart because just like the agency, the building management are not in the slightest bothered about the security and safety of those living there
Genuinely the worst management company I have ever come across. A disgusting handover, was told in person and had emails of proof that the redecoration that needed doing won’t be deducted from our deposit which they very much lied about and didn’t bother to inform the landlord about this. Four months later we got our rightfully deserved deposit back no thanks to this horrible company. I hope the stress you put us through made you sleep better at night.
Made an account just to warn people about this dismal agency. For those looking for a property in Liverpool I highly recommend avoiding these folks. 1 They ask for over £1,000 for your first month and deposit up front when you join. Plus if you want to terminate your contract early you need to pay £660 on top not including your deposit. So you cannot use that to pay that fee. But they will take money out of your deposit anway for "cleaning fees and or damages".Even though damages mentioned where recorded and photographed before I moved in. The building in question was also not secure for 5 months. The doors were always open and parcels where constantly stolen.I was also informed by other tennents that if you reported a issue with parts of their property you'd be charged the repair fee not them (which is illegal the landlord should be responsable).
Says it all when the company spend more time on here writing fake positive reviews, than they do actually managing their properties or responding to and fixing issues. Just look at the format, how they always happen to mention employees by name and what a wonderful job they've supposedly done. Frankly embarrassing conduct for a "professional" company. Always quick to pass the buck, to blame the building management (even though they're all connected under Fortis Group) or say that a contractor is on their way to fix issues (even though follow up calls prove they haven't even contacted them).

This is just a rebranded company for "Fortis Residential" I assume to try and remove their bad name. Awful letting agents who will do nothing to help you. Take months to fix anything, will try to avoid spending any money on the property even if it is their fault. If something is wrong they will simply say "they have called a contractor and they are on their way" for days. They are not worth the stress. Avoid.
