Qube Residential Liverpool

Beautiful place but far from bus stop.

Tom has been a pleasure to deal with. He has ensured the process of completing our rental agreement went smoothly. He really went out of his way to ensure we could move in on the date we requested. He is such a credit to the company. Thank you very much Tom!

Beautiful place but far from bus stop.

Jonathan has been most helpful throughout. Professional, reliable and very responsive.

Jonathan Cook

Jonathan has been outstanding in his handling of my rental. He found me a tenant in a very short time period with very good terms. He also provided excellent service in taking possession on my behalf from previous managing agents and sorting out logistic issues. He is a real asset for Qube Residential.

Qube Residential’s Fantastic Service

I’ve been with Qube Residential for several years now and have never been disappointed with the level of service I receive. The staff go out of there way to find the right tenant suitable for my properties. They also work diligently to ensure that my property is never left untenanted for long periods of time. Top marks all round.

Professional Service

Qube have managed our property for just over a year now. They provide a professional, reliable service. Jonathan Cook has been extremely helpful from day 1, he is very knowledgeable, answers enquiries promptly and nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend Qube Residential.

Great service

Johnathan arranged my initial tenancy in 1105. This was over the Christmas period 2019. Everything was done quickly & professionally. The flat was flooded due to a leak in a communal area. Johnathan called me to let me know there was a flat available the same as mine (605) and organised the move. Overall great service & conscientiously managed
