She was very prompt and efficient both in moving forward with the rental process and in responding to emails, and she was extremely helpful and respectful in her friendly and approachable manner. But what happened next was unexpected. After I moved in, I realised that the mattress was cracked on one side, a very obvious problem to the naked eye. Nikki helped me to contact the landlord, but today I received a reply that the problem was found during the pre-inventory check, but they felt that I made it look worse and denied my request for a replacement mattress. I was shocked and insulted. I pointed out what was clearly already a problem now instead accusing it was my fault. I can understand the landlord replying to me that the mattress can still be used due to financial reasons, but I do not accept this baseless accusation. Anyway, it was a real blessing to meet Diane, thanks again.
