This is just a rebranded company for "Fortis Residential" I assume to try and remove their bad name. Awful letting agents who will do nothing to help you. Take months to fix anything, will try to avoid spending any money on the property even if it is their fault. If something is wrong they will simply say "they have called a contractor and they are on their way" for days. They are not worth the stress. Avoid.

Just to make you aware people - there is NO GYM in Bridgewater Point 🤬 And we have been told since 2019 that there is going to be one, however, it never happened and there will be no gym. The only thing they care about is collecting the money from their tenants. The worst experience with letting agency ever. They changed their name from Fortis Residential because the previous reputation was that bad. Think twice before you sign any agreement with qube 💣 After just 1,5 year of use (of the Block B) the entire building looks overexploited 🤮
