I have no complaints about the real estate agency itself, the rental process was smooth, and I was able to get all my questions answered. However, the post-rental support channel has many problems. We are experiencing some persistent issues in the apartment, and some long-term tenants report that this is not the first time this has happened. The person they provide for contact doesn't resolve basic issues and now no longer responds to emails, which creates stress and discomfort in our daily lives. I believe that if this channel improved, satisfaction would be much higher.

Nikki helped me to contact the landlord, but today I received a reply that the problem was found during the pre-inventory check, but they felt that I made it look worse and denied my request for a replacement mattress. I was shocked and insulted. I pointed out what was clearly already a problem now instead accusing it was my fault. I can understand the landlord replying to me that the mattress can still be used due to financial reasons, but I do not accept this baseless accusation.
