I had a viewing today with Nathaniel. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to answer any questions I had, and even some I hadn't thought of or were a bit random. Really happy with the experience!
I met with Nathaniel of Northwood homes Liverpool. He showed me a place on Princes Dock. He was very friendly on time and he answered every question I had. He made me feel at ease considering I am a first time renter. I would love to do business with his company based on today's meeting.
I had two properties for sale with Northwood West Derby Liverpool. From start to finish kept well informed by friendly and professional staff. I would not hesitate to use them again with any future purchases or if selling. To Ruth, Joanne and Mark, Thank you.
As both a landlord and as a vendor Northwood Liverpool excelled in every aspect of these 2 distinct business areas. I found them easy to communicate with, very efficient, and also very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to rent out their property, or sell, and benefit from a truly professional service.
Professional and friendly service. I highly appreciate the service of Ms. Joanne Smith who is responsive, friendly and professional. She arranged property viewing for me promptly upon request. This is important because clients are always eager to view the properties very soon which they are interested in. Waiting can cause anxiety. Joanne also provided me with useful information that I need and useful answers to my queries. This is also very important because buying properties is a big investment, clients thus need sufficient and necessary information for their careful consideration and decision making. I thank very much for Joanne’s help. I have trust in Northwood.
Always prompt in her replies. Never had any issues with Northwood services.
Rachel yeo was very helpful
I Recently purchased a house from Northwood, I have to say from start to finish the team have been amazing Katy especially has been helpful keeping me informed as to how things were progressing, pushing the sale through and putting up with my demands. Along with Jo and the rest of the team I would highly recommend purchasing through this agency.
What a team at Northwood! So professional and efficient, took all the pressure off in what is usually a very stressful process. Extra shout out to Kathy who was so supportive and caring throughout, would've been lost without her!
