I have been viewing houses over the past few months with several estate agents. I contacted Northwood West Derby with much anxiety and stress; especially considering the current climate. As this is my first home with my partner, I do not have much knowledge about the market. I received an exceptional service from Joanne. She reassured me of my stresses, advised me with the best advice I've received on the market, and was highly responsive to my many queries. I will be sure to recommend Joanne as her professionalism and expertise is second to none. I am not one to write reviews, but I would like to thank you for all your help and reassurance. You deserve recognition for your work!
I was recommended to give my rental property to Northwood, Liverpool after being let down by another agent. 3 years later- and I have not been disappointed.
The young lady who I normally deal with is Rachel, always bright and cheerful, nothing is too much trouble.
Northwood is an excellent Letting Agent with professional and trustworthy staff.
Reply from Northwood - Liverpool: Keith,
Good to hear that you are pleased with our customer service and thanks for your kind words regarding Rachel.
I looked at four different agents in Liverpool to let my property and only Northwood gave me the kind of confidence in an agent I was looking for. Both Ruth and Joanna were exceptionally helpful, professional and friendly. Northwood are definitely a cut above the other agents I've experienced in Liverpool, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Joanne came to value my property earlier this year and we have remained in contact since. Due to the Corona situation I was unable to put my property on the market. However once I am ready I will be returning back to Joanne as she is a lovely person who combines professionalism with friendliness.

Nathaniel's patience with us viewing a rental property was great! He was very informative in regards to the process of what we had to do next to register our interest.
