The whole team have been friendly, helpful and professional throughout each process, and continue to offer advice and support during my tenancy. They are approachable and easy to contact, and responses are swift and polite.
Early days as a landlord under the guaranteed letting service, so far I'm finding the team to be approachable and very professional. Special mention to Rachel for handling all the maintenance matters that she's inherited
Really fast and efficient service from Northwood . Special thanks to Kathy Gowland who helped me with the process.
Kathy who dealt my flat purchase was knowledgeable and so professional in her interactions with my family. Her local knowledge was excellent.
Just had a very positive experience with Northwood estate agents and their guaranteed rent service. We decided to give the service a try and guess what it really does work. They have just let our beautiful property to a lovely tenant and whilst it was empty we recieved our full rent each time it was due. All the staff at the west derby branch are also a pleasure to deal with. Service fully recommended
I recently used Northwood Liverpool office to rent my apartment. From first contact with Northwood, I found them to be efficient, professional and all the team members I have dealt with have been a pleasure to deal with. I was interested in their Rent Guarantee Service and whilst I did not go with this service at this stage, I was happy to appoint them to full manage the property. They have walked me through all the legalities of renting the property, arranged licenses etc. All of these things would have been difficult to deal with given I live overseas. Within a matter of days of advertising the property I had a viewing and the property was snapped up immediately for the requested rental price. Approvals and fact-finding on the potential tenant were thorough and fast and the tenant was moved in within a very short time frame. So happy with the service and highly recommend the team at Northwood, Liverpool.
Joanne conducted a valuation the day after we first contacted Northwood. She was friendly and efficient, putting us at ease. She explainedthe process and service offered, also taking photographs there and then to make sure the sale could be advertised immediately if we decided to go ahead. We were delighted with the visit and would recommend Northwood.
Kathy provided excellent customer service and kept me fully informed throughout the whole process.. A totally professional service from start to finish.
Thank you for great service even when I needed info weeks after the purchase. Rachel at West Derby was very helpful and polite.
Brilliant service from the moment I reviewed the property, to submitting my application and to competing the final process in the tenancy agreement. Emma was most helpful with all my queries and guided me with ease through the process as it is my first time renting a property. Would highly recommend.
