I would like to thank Joanne Smith,Kathy and the rest of the staff at Northwood. I am selling my house with Northwood, the advice and guidance I have received has been outstanding. The staff are very helpful, polite and very willing to do what they can to help with my sale.
Jo and her colleagues have provided us with a very professional service, along with a friendly approach that made our purchase and letting transactions a very pain free experience. We have no hesitation in recommending their services. G. Coles
I have not had the best experience with yourselves, but as soon as Ruth took over my concerns she was highly professional and resolved every issue I had. I cannot thank her enough, the service she delivered was above and beyond her role and she is and should be a shinning example to all employees in your company!
I viewed 2 apartments with Kathy in the last 2 weeks. On both occasions she was extremely helpful and approachable. I felt able to ask her anything about the apartments without being judged. She kept me informed throughout the whole process and she is a credit to your company.
very helpful and efficient. thanks jo, cathy and ellie for all the help and support that they gave us through a very stressful time. a special thanks to cathy for going above and beyond of what she had to do. would recommend 100%
As a landlord I really appreciate Rachel’s professional communication regarding any issues with my property. I am confident with her explanation and her advice or suggestions to resolve the issue which benefits the tenants quickly. Rachel always contacts me immediately to inform me about any concerns and she responds promptly to my email authorisation. Having Rachel as an agent puts my mind at ease, knowing that my property is being very well managed.
