Fast and a great job!!!!
These guys got me a buyer in 2 weeks in Covid19!!!1 I couldn't believe how fast they got the job done once the house was all clear. Always reachable, always on hand . Love these guys!!!! Special thanks to Jo and kathy!

Lettings Services of the highest order
I cannot speak highly enough of the service I experienced when dealing with Northwoods lettings team. So efficient, and quick to respond with diligence. From a landlords perspective, they have provided me with a very competitive 'Guaranteed Rental Agreement' and absolute peace of mind that the property will be cared for, in a way of which will require little to no intervention of my own. I've been dealing with another branch of Northwood based in London for over a decade now and have seen the same high standards practiced year on year. I've every belief this is the company wide culture. May I pay particular praise to Ruth Ledson of whom personally managed my property rental acquisition.

Helpful staff
Rachel is amazing! She is quick to help with any issues we may have and will always answer emails from you! I love speaking to her as she is very reassuring even when nothing seems to be going right.

Highly Professional
Ruth and her team at West Derby Village took over the rental of our two houses in March and July 2020. Once the Covid Lockdown was lifted both were let within 2 months. They have provided highly professional services and deal with issues promptly.

Fantastic Service
Joanne has been incredible in helping us with our house search. She showed us an older property a month or so ago that wasn't right for us, but she remembered us when we saw the house that we are buying, and has always been excellent with communicating and helping us to feel like we are the only customers that she is dealing with. We have really appreciated her knowledge and so far she has helped us every step of the way.

Fantastic!
