Recently moved into a property let by Newton Fallowell. Easily contactable and I was kept up to date during the process. Whenever I phoned, simply mentioning the address tended to be enough for the person on the phone to be fully up to speed with what was going on. No waiting for a specific person to call back. Having moved in I reported a few issues which were very promptly resolved. Would recommend.
