Georgina Turner from the Chancellors Lightwater branch was amazing at finding suitable properties with our specific requests for a property. She was very proactive in helping us find the perfect home, and where there were properties coming onto the market, she would call us to recommend to go view the property that ticked the boxes with our requirements rather than wasting time seeing houses that weren't suitable. When viewing the property, she was very knowledgable when asked questions. She also had some great knowledge of the local area which helped us make an informed decision. When we found the perfect home, we put an offer in, Georgina kept in communication and was delighted that our offer was accepted, especially as it was a sought after property. After months of searching I saw a property on Rightmove. I messaged regarding a viewing and got a call the next morning. I can honestly say that I have used Chancellors at Ascot to rent some of my properties out for the last 7 years, they have always been very friendly and extremely efficient. It is a shame that they have now soured this relationship, by insisting on putting a “For Sale” board up on our apartment block, they have been told several times our lease does not allow this! So it has gone from outside, attached to our neighbours fence with screws, then attached to our outside wall with screws! Now been put in the window (once again not allowed). It is really unbelievable that you keep persisting in this, despite upsetting everyone here, please remember they are your future customers!! How about you use a bit of consideration for the people living here! and remove it, we really don’t want to go down the legal route but we will if necessary.

The service I have received in the past hasn’t been up to standard, however since Elizabeth Loew joined the team my queries have been resolved quickly and efficiently, with a positive outcome.

I have used Chancellors for a while now and there have been some ups and downs but I have found that when you develop a working relationship with a named individual it makes a real difference In particular, Shannon Seymour has done an amazing job in trying to résolve recent issues. She has liaised closely with the tenants, us and the contractors making sure issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. She is courteous and really helpful. I should add that Charmaine Smith was also great!!
