A letting agent at my local branch has provided poor customer service, ignoring emails and phone calls - all I want to do is book a viewing. Get the impression that she's decided I'm too difficult to deal with due to my limited availability as I work shifts for the NHS as emergency ambulance crew. I've also been unable to find contact details for the branch management to raise my disappointment with them.
