We were shown around some properties by Kashan. He was very helpful in suggesting other houses that may fit our criteria, and whilst on the viewings, he had clearly taken the time to memorise details about each house, and he knew the answer …

Keira Clisby has been super professional, knowledgable, quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. She has been helpful and supportive. Call and ask for Keira in Chancellors/lightwater branch and she will always be there to assist. Thank you Keira for your great service . All the best.

Huge shout out to Lewis Denny who has been extremely clear and transparent whenever I've had dealings with him - especially on the current property I'm looking to purchase. Always cheerful, chirpy and clearly goes the extra mile!!

Matt was the estate agent who showed us what would become our new home. He was always reachable, and extremely flexible as plans changed due to forces outside our control. Would work with them again.

Regular and excellent communications, Polite, friendly and knowledgable

Kashan was incredibly professional both pre and post viewings

Hard working, persistent, polite, diligent, analytical. Achieved the sale.

Elena Timofejeva from Chancellors - Lightwater was great and helped us to look at all the options available.
