An excellent experience. I had not bought or sold a house for 50 years during which time so many things had changed that I was almost a beginner. I had continuous and gentle help from the staff at Lightwater, especially, from Mr. Ben Granville who was always cheerful (when I was not! Apologies!) and who tactfully steered me round an awkward (alleged) potential buyer and very quickly found me another buyer who has now bought my house. I had previously sounded out other estate agents in my area, but Chancellors seemed to have the most professional and "clued up" approach. I would have no qualms about recommending them to any other person who wished to sell their house

Sale of property in LIghtwater Holly Valentine from the Lightwater branch of Chancellors has been extremely helpful throughout the process of selling our house being first time sellers! Once we had our offer and Redecca Chen took over, she was very helpful in making sure we were kept updated.
