Some Estate Agencies get a 'bad press' and possibly rightly so. I absolutely cannot say that about Alistair and his colleagues at the Bicester branch of Chancellors. From valuation to completion, Alistair and his colleagues managed the process with absolute professionalism and supported us through the challenging period of covid/lockdown. They absolutely understood we were not moving home for the fun of it (who on earth does?!) and the reasons why. We cannot recommend Alistair and his colleagues enough. 😀

Elizabeth Loew is always pleasant polite and helpful and has been brilliant with regard to managing and dealing with the problems at my property. She has been efficient in arranging and keeping me informed of the progress of the works involved and I think she is an asset to Chancellors.

It’s a shame to read so many poor reviews when I have received excellent service from my property manager Tegan Ellis who has been trying to help sort out a repair for an oven. She has been incredibly helpful, polite and got the job done.

The first family to view our house made an offer and went on to purchase it. The entire process was very professional and efficient - we completed and moved within 3 months.
