I recently had the pleasure of selling my house through Chancellors Lightwater, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Martin and Keira were both brilliant throughout the process, providing exceptional support and guidance. As the sale progressed, Keira went above and beyond her role, taking on additional responsibilities that she didn’t have to—but did anyway. Becoming absolutely invaluable to the progress. Cannot thank her enough ! I highly recommend Chancellors Lightwater, especially Martin & Keira.

We can't recommend Keira highly enough! From the very beginning, she made the entire process so much easier. She was incredibly communicative, keeping us updated at every step of the way and was always available to answer our questions. Her professionalism and warm, helpful attitude made such a difference in the somewhat overwhelming process of selling. She made us feel confident and at ease throughout the entire process. Thank you, Keira, for going above and beyond. You’ve made what could have been a stressful experience a smooth and positive one!

I have recently purchased a house through Chancellors in Lightwater. Emily McKnight was very obliging showing us properties at short notice. She was informative without being too intrusive and showed interest in the properties. I also dealt with Martin Jakins who has been very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Really positive experience liaising with Emily McKight from Chancellors Lightwater. Prompt, proffessional and friendly service throughout.

We met Keira for a viewing. She was so friendly and professional throughout. She made sure to answer all questions and was knowledgeable on both properties. Keira maintained an appropriate level of communication thereafter and dealt with our offer extremely efficiently. I would recommend Chancellors to anyone looking for a property.

After instructing Martin Jakins @ Chancellors in Lightwater to sell my property, I couldn't be happier with his advice and professionalism! With Martin's experience and knowledge of the property market he had my house listed and sold in under a month! Many thanks to Martin and the team at Chancellors in Lightwater.

We have been dealing with Keira over the last week. She has been extremely professional and a delight to deal with. Having dealt with a number of local agents in the course of our property search Keira is by far the best we have spoken to. We are hopeful she can help us secure a property.

Keria Clisby has been a great agent to deal with through the purchasing process. Very efficient and responsive!
