We approached Theydons to
We approached Theydons to sell our property through friends recommendation and were very glad we did. An excellent service from start to finish. Carla Yianni managed our open day, it was busy ,lengthy and no doubt hectic. We were impressed by her knowledge ,enthusiasm and professionalism. Taryn McDade managed the sale process very efficiently, responding to any queries promptly and keeping us informed of progress . We would definitely recommend Theydons

After having bad experiences
After having bad experiences with local estate agents before I was pessimistic of future agents I dealt with. But I can honestly say Theydons were straight forward throughout the whole process. My assigned agent did everything possible to keep the sale moving forward. And they were not paranoid about me meeting the seller during the process as other estates agents are.

James provided an excellent
James provided an excellent service. He was always approachable, proactive and extended himself to ensure that I was in the loop and well advised regarding negotiations between solicitors. James is personable and a great communicator, I found that he handled sensitive matters with tact and was always on hand to offer advice and support throughout the process. James is very much on the ball (pun intended) and is a real credit to Theydons. I wish him every success in the future and thank him once again for all his support.

I have never experienced such
I have never experienced such a great service before as i did with Theydon's. James Ball was a pleasure to deal with, he was very professional and friendly. I never had to call to chase for an update, they were all completely on the ball. I will certainly come back to this company again.

Purchased our first home mid
Purchased our first home mid 2015 with Theydons and couldnt be happier with their help and support. Fantastic customer service throughout the process and quite simply a group of lovely people who do their up most to keep you up to date and are up front and honest. would work with them again if only we could afford another property

From start to finish, my experience in working with Theydon's and James in particular was first class. His punctuality and desire to ensure we received all of the information we required was always in the forefront of his mind. Even when we had concerns, he was always on hand to reassure us, without being pushy and always having our best interests at heart. I have and will continue to recommend their services to family and friends in need of guidance in this particularly tricky market. James is a well presented and friendly chap and his relationship with his own client was evidently superb from the start and even had a hand in smoothing the transition and allowed us to communicate freely with the vendor in order to ensure we were both happy with the transaction. He used his judgement well and guided us effortlessly to our end goal.
