From start to finish, my experience in working with Theydon's and James in particular was first class. His punctuality and desire to ensure we received all of the information we required was always in the forefront of his mind. Even when we had concerns, he was always on hand to reassure us, without being pushy and always having our best interests at heart. James is a well presented and friendly chap and his relationship with his own client was evidently superb from the start and even had a hand in smoothing the transition and allowed us to communicate freely with the vendor in order to ensure we were both happy with the transaction.
