I have been extremely pleased
I have been extremely pleased with the complete service provided by James Ball and colleagues, From valuation to completion, everything was done with total professionalism and the minimum of inconvenience to myself. If fact, I barely knew I was selling a property at all, such was James attention to details. A weight off my shoulders. Thank You.

Taryn was fantastic
Taryn was fantastic throughout the process to get us on our first steps of the competitive property ladder, that is buying in London. The combination of Taryns proactive approach and our on the ball solicitors meant that we were able to progress things even when the end didnt look in sight! The ability to handle both vendor & buyer with empathy became more apparent as the buying process went on, and its key to find an agent that is willing to keep you informed and go the extra mile. I would highly recommend Taryn and the rest of the Theydons team!

The sales team were very
The sales team were very professional and organised Open Days and individual viewings that quickly brought in some good offers on my property. When they found a buyer, the team progressed the sale quickly and made the necessary phone calls to chase all parties up when things were stalling. Would recommend them to sell your property.

We've been using Theydons for
We've been using Theydons for 5 Years and they are always great! Help us whenever unforeseen things happen and always have a good level of communication. Always welcoming to us and listen to our needs when we change contracts. Also, we find Theydons to have the best properties in the area so wouldn't go with anyone else.

Excellent service, courteous, informed, helpful, punctual and knowledgeable. Always kept in touch and was always thoughtful and helpful in ironing out in issues or problems. Very happy and would not hesitate in recommending to any future tenants.
